  • Larry Oberly

    Larry Oberly

    President & CEO

    Larry is a franchise leader with over 25 years of expertise as a franchisor and franchisee. Before joining SpeedPro, he served for 17 years as Vice President of U.S. and Global Operations at RE/MAX LLC, where he headed growth, development, technology and training for more than 100 countries and territories, 3,850 offices and 54,000 agents. Prior to RE/MAX, Larry was a successful multi-unit Baskin-Robbins franchisee with full P&L accountability for marketing and sales, quality customer service, team development, purchasing and accounting. After six years, Larry built and sold his businesses at a substantial profit and was elected to serve on the Baskin-Robbins National Marketing Committee. Here he co-created pricing models and communications programs and helped align 2,300 franchisees with the franchisor’s goals and strategies.

    Larry grew up in Ohio, earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Kent State University and went on to earn his MBA at California State University. Larry has furthered his education by receiving a Franchise Management Certificate from Georgetown University and is a Certified Franchise Executive with the International Franchise Association. Larry lives with his wife and son in the Denver, CO area, where he enjoys running and racing, golf, travel, hosting parties at home, reading non-fiction and spending time with friends.

  • Steve Phelps

    Steve Phelps

    Vice President of Franchise Development

    Steve Phelps is responsible for Franchise Development. He works with all new prospective owners, guiding them through their initial investigation phase. He is also heavily involved as a tactical business partner to all franchisees, providing guidance, marketing leadership, and management. Steve's high-level relational sales background of 20+ years ensures continued franchise growth at both the Corporate and Studio level. He has been involved with SpeedPro Imaging since its inception in 2003.

  • Ryan Reeves

    Ryan Reeves

    Vice President of Franchise Sales

    Ryan is responsible for new, traditional channel, franchise partnerships. He brings extensive experience in individual unit sales as well as structuring larger, multi-unit and Area Developer relationships. Ryan believes that shared integrity, transparency, and brand values are what leads to strong franchisee partnerships. Prior to joining SpeedPro, Ryan worked with McAlister’s Deli in Atlanta, GA and Dickey’s Barbecue Pit in Dallas, TX. While at Dickey’s he and his team grew the franchise system more than 600% in five and half years.

    Patrick Finn

    Director of Production Support

    Patrick provides technical support for franchisees. Prior to joining the corporate support team, he served as a Production Manager for SpeedPro San Antonio for 10 years. Patrick brings years of hands-on studio experience from operating a high performing studio to his role.

    Ryan Yates

    Manager of Production Support

    Ryan is a technical support team member. He has over 20 years of experience in the sign and graphic industry. Starting out with architectural based companies; he later served as General Manager of a franchised sign company for 10 of his 14 years. He brings knowledge of various printers, cutters, routers, RIP softwares and sign productions.

    Gina Skeim

    Director of Business Support

    Gina is the Director of Business Support for SpeedPro Imaging, where she focuses on assisting new franchises owners with the Kickstart program and a smooth onboarding for their business and operating in an efficient manner, providing initial studio training, and facilitating ongoing business support programs. She has 5 years of experience operating the successful Denver Studio and 8 years’ experience as a Regional Developer to serve the entire SpeedPro network.

    Bri Acosta

    Operations Manager

    Born and raised in New Jersey, Bri began her career at Sleep Innovations where she gained experience in operations, purchasing, product development and customer service. As our Operations Manager, Bri not only manages the Home Office Operations, she is also responsible for working directly with new franchises with purchasing their startup packages and walking them thru the Kickstart process until they are open. As a Colorado resident, Bri enjoys the beautiful mountains and exploring the outdoors.

    Accounting Manager

    Jenny provides accounting services for SpeedPro Imaging. She joined the team with 10+ years of franchise accounting experience as well as a variety of other accounting experience outside of the franchising sector.

  • Jamie Eardley

    Jamie Eardley

    Digital Marketing Manager

    Jamie Eardley is responsible for coordinating all marketing activities through the home office, from managing our Internet Marketing Agency and PR firm, to creating and conducting training to help our new franchise partners get up to speed as they come on board, as well as helping all franchise partners become as profitable as possible. Born in Manchester, England but raised in Colorado, Jamie attended the University of Colorado at Boulder where he received a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing. After graduating, Jamie worked as a Marketing Consultant for Dex Media for 5 years, working with hundreds of local businesses to become found and chosen by potential clients online

  • Dawn Stenzel

    Dawn Stenzel

    Marketing Project Manager

    Dawn is responsible for marketing project management and support for SpeedPro’s nationwide franchise network. Her role requires her to implement programs, technology solutions, and personalized tools to make EVERY SpeedPro franchise as successful as possible. She has a diverse consulting background across a variety of industries with a focus on continuous sales and marketing process improvement. She brings more than 15 years of strategic marketing support and tactical marketing experience in helping business owners create and develop their product ideas and improve their bottom line. As a Colorado native – Dawn enjoys hiking, camping and everything outdoors – and also enjoys Pilates and travel with her family in her spare time.

    Rob Sybert

    Systems Administrator

    Rob is a member of the SpeedPro Technical Support team. Prior to joining SpeedPro, he held roles at IBM and AT&T, where he gained more than 20 years of experience in IT systems management, system integration, and training. Within the SpeedPro tech team, Rob is focused on CoreBridge and supporting other system platforms. On beautiful Colorado weekends, he enjoys driving his classic 66 Mustang with his family.

    Erin Collins

    Content Coordinator

    As SpeedPro’s Content Coordinator, Erin supports company-wide marketing initiatives with effective content that reinforces SpeedPro standards and promotes brand awareness. A native of Buffalo, NY, she holds a bachelor’s degree in English Literature and Language from the Catholic University of America in Washington, DC. Prior to joining SpeedPro, Erin developed her knack for wordsmithing as a copywriter at BlueCross BlueShield of Western New York.

    Sarah Brown

    Franchise Development Coordinator

    Sarah works with the Speedpro Sales Team to support them in Franchise Development marketing and analysis. Prior to joining SpeedPro, Sarah worked at a Chick-fil-A franchise in South Carolina and was also a Certified Grand Opening Trainer for the Chick-fil-A Home Office. Throughout her professional experience, Sarah has gained customer service, marketing, account management, and training skills. She was born and raised in Kentucky and moved to South Carolina where she attended Coastal Carolina University and received her B.S. in Business Administration. After graduating, Sarah moved to the Denver area and joined the SpeedPro team shortly thereafter.
